Nico: Fine Dining French

I had SUCH an amazing time dining at Laurel Heights* newest restaurant, Nico, for the first time.

It's super cozy but still feels like an elevated, fine-dining experience. The interiors are of wood and deep, warm colors, and the staff is dressed impeccably!

The French menu is made with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients (who's isn't), so every bite is fresh and delicious. I had three courses (passed on dessert) which you can see below.

Both the lead bartender, and the chef came out to discuss what we were served. Although I always prefer wine, I was impressed with how expertly the cocktails were crafted. I know I sound like such a snob, but that's honestly how I felt!

I definitely recommend dining here if you want to splurge on a fine dining experience that still feels comfortable.

Thanks Emily Martin and the AF&Co team for inviting me to this lovely event!

*not technically in Laurel Heights, but it's DEF not in the Lower Pac Heights neighborhood. I think it borders the neighborhoods by like a block. Anyhow, tell your Uber drive to head to Laurel lol.
