I couldn't be more excited about the launch of Aatxe, a Basque restaurant with a contemporary look and feel. It's part of Ne Timeas Restaurant Group (who brought us Flour + Water, Central Kitchen, and Salumeria), so it goes without saying that the place kills it – from the 90s hip hop playlist to the smallest details on each plate.
